Senior Income Audit Officer

Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring all revenues generated in the hotel(s) are accurately recorded and discrepancies reported on a timely basis. Review and ensure Hotel operation team complies with relevant internal procedures. Review and verify revenue adjustments, paid‑outs, rebates and miscellaneous charges ensuring they are well supported with proper approval and documentation. Ensures coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place. Reconciliation shall be done on a regular basis. Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports; and create and post Income Journal to General Ledger. Conduct regular audits of guest accounts, housekeeping discrepancies, and Food & Beverage outlet checks to ensure compliance and accuracy. Auditing daily revenue streams and reconciling accounts. Prepare sales journals and upload to accounting system. Cross‑check revenue in POS and Opera systems against corresponding settlement. Liaise with various departments (including Hotel, F&B outlets, other finance sections and other departments) for operation matters. Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as required. Immediate availability is preferable. Attractive remuneration would be offered to the right candidate. Requirements Minimum 2 years of work experience in income audit or similar roles in the hotel industry. Diploma or above in Accounting or Hotel Management related discipline. Responsible, willing to learn, hard‑working and good communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word. Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
