Job Description We are an internationally acclaimed, award‑winning interior design studio specialising in luxury hospitality and high‑end residential projects across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the Asia Pacific. Our portfolio includes some of the most iconic five‑star hotels in the world. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience through thoughtful, elegant, and innovative design. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to bring world‑class hospitality environments to life. Responsibilities Leading design development for luxury hotel and residential projects. Translating concepts into compelling presentations and detailed drawings. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure design excellence. Reviewing shop drawings, prototypes, and site work to maintain quality and intent. Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a creative, supportive team culture. Ideal Candidates A degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 3+ years of experience, preferably in luxury hospitality design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. Strong hand sketching and/or 3D rendering skills. Solid understanding of design principles, detailing, FF&E, and production drawings. Experience with site coordination and furniture prototype reviews is a plus. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
