Job Description Lead and manage installation projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and compliance with building codes and healthcare regulations. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications; collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility. Conduct site assessments and manage infrastructure requirements including power, water, ventilation, and structural loading. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all installations meet legal and safety standards. Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and support handover to service and maintenance teams. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in managing installation or construction projects, ideally within healthcare or medical technology environments. Strong knowledge of building services, local building regulations, and compliance standards. Familiarity with medical devices or hospital infrastructure is highly desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
