This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and developing new frontiers of the Codex Genetics diagnostic portfolio in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and institutions to facilitate the adoption of genomic testing. Product Development: Collaborate with laboratory scientists and informatics experts to conceptualize, design, and refine products that address critical gaps in patient care and clinical workflows; support iterative product development cycles, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and external users to ensure timely and effective product enhancements. Market Insights: Collect and analyze insights from healthcare professionals to inform product development, market strategy, and educational initiatives. Education and Experience A degree related to life science, business, marketing, or a related field. Education background in biology; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Preferred Skills and Experience Understanding of Hong Kong healthcare landscape and system. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
