The Role Serving as the PA of the Middle School Principal, the Middle School Administrator is responsible for day‑to‑day office administrative support to the Middle School and its Divisional Leadership Team, students, and staff. As Transport Officer, the Administrator liaises with the school bus service provider to coordinate daily bus services and acts as the key contact point for parents and staff regarding bus enquiries and issues. Responsibilities Manage the Principal’s calendar and schedules, screen callers, and arrange meetings and appointments. Provide secretarial support including travel arrangements, filing, documentation, printing, and claims. Support teacher observation and hiring processes. Perform office administrative support for the Principal and Divisional Leadership Team. Support day‑to‑day operations of the division, including printing hall passes, signage, and posters. Assist in event coordination and logistics for academic events such as assemblies, field trips, parties, sports days, swim galas, competitions, productions, and graduations. Coordinate school bus services, manage the White Card system, and collaborate with the bus service provider to ensure smooth operations. Provide reception and help desk duties, maintain the visitor log, issue and collect badges, and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor student attendance, follow up with families for absences, and manage mail, courier arrangements, and lost & found. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree. At least 2 years of related work experience. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Well‑organized, flexible, and enjoys administrative challenges. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in Chinese; Mandarin is a plus. Proficiency in computer skills. Benefits Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Annual leave.
