What You’ll Do Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights that shape business and marketing strategies. Deliver data-driven recommendations for projects, including CRM and partnership initiatives. Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine product positioning, pricing, and promotions. Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and support the business plan for sustainable growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Provide administrative support to the Commercial & Business Partnership team for operational efficiency. Take part in ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. At least 1 year of experience in business analytics or CRM analytics (F&B, Retail, or FMCG preferred). Experience in PowerBI / Tableau is advantageous. Strong numerical skills, business acumen, and project management ability. Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Skilled in MS PowerPoint and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
