Responsibilities Develop and execute product procurement plans, including product selection, negotiation, ordering, and delivery scheduling Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and overseas suppliers to identify new sourcing opportunities and brand partnerships Analyze cost, margin, sales, and inventory turnover data to support procurement decisions Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and documentation to ensure smooth operations Conduct market research on pricing, promotions, and competitor activities Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations Participate in international trade shows and sourcing negotiations Requirements Diploma or above in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related disciplines 1–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management; FMCG experience preferred Strong negotiation, analytical, and market awareness skills Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Experience in international sourcing or brand management is an advantage What we Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) plus performance bonus 5-day work week, annual leave, and public holidays Comprehensive on‑the‑job training and a clear career advancement path Staff purchase discounts and a collaborative, open work culture How to Apply Click “Apply Now” on JobsDB or send your resume to , stating your relevant experience, availability, and expected salary.
