This position involves developing credit risk management and business intelligence solutions through consulting and research, serving clients across various sectors including financial services, insurance, and digital marketing. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering) with a strong academic record. 8+ years supporting clients, with at least 4 years in analytics, preferably in relevant industries. Proven success in end-to-end model development for at least 4 years. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Advanced programming skills in R or Python; experience with SQL, C/C++, Java, and platforms like Hive, Spark. Ability to lead complex analytics projects independently and collaborate across teams. Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills. Understanding of industry trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities. Ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies. Occasional travel may be required. Impact and Responsibilities This role involves developing analytics solutions for credit risk management and business intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver predictive risk and BI tools, and mentoring junior staff.
