Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location Fanling, North District Job Type Full time Responsibilities Primarily focus on concreting sub‑contracts and related works. Assist project team to provide quantity surveying services for cost monitoring/control, tendering, procurement and contract administration. Conduct pre‑contract cost control, especially the preparation and technical checking of cost estimates, cost plans and cost analysis. Monitor post‑contract administration, including checking payment valuations and cost estimates for variation works. Assemble, collate and administer project cost data and help prepare the annual budget. Oversee the operation of the Quantity Surveying Team. Monitor the payment account status of clients. Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients. Assess contractor’s time and cost claims and prepare related correspondence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. Minimum 10 years of relevant post‑qualification experience. Team management skills and experience. Well organised with good initiative. Proficient in MS Office applications.
