Join to apply for the Regional On Premise Marketing Specialist - Southeast Asia role at Red Bull The Regional On Premise Marketing Specialist – SEA is focused on leading, developing, and implementing initiatives that build the Red Bull brand and consumption with both the consumer and industry in the on‑premise sector across Southeast Asia markets. The first priority is trade marketing for chained accounts with a multinational presence across several SEA markets, and tailored key accounts in countries with limited on‑premise marketing resources. Responsibilities Lead trade marketing for chained accounts across SEA markets, and national key accounts. Train on‑premise teams in all new marketing tools and concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility, and activation of Red Bull at the point of sale. Drive the annual on‑premise marketing business plan, deriving actionable insights and developing strategies and tactics. Adapt and execute international marketing guidelines according to the individual markets, driving share of mind with industry stakeholders. Responsible for the creation, coordination, and approval of tailor‑made installations, and allocation of POS tools with correct placement in all markets. Act as business partner to the Regional On Premise Manager SEA, National On Premise Key Account Managers, and Distribution Partners. Develop localized sell‑in presentations, support negotiations, and win new business opportunities. Own national event and festival strategy, and execute marketing activities and POS activations for major music festivals and 3rd‑party events. on‑premise teams transversally, including training sessions, onboarding, and strategic guidance. Build strong partnerships with distribution partner businesses and provide marketing training to partner sales representatives. Qualifications +4 years of experience in trade marketing, field sales, or brand marketing, with a proven track record working with brands across different departments. In-depth knowledge of the on‑premise industry and trade. Ability to analyse complex trends and connect multifaceted disciplines. Solid understanding of sales processes and high‑level negotiation with key accounts. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative, commercially viable concepts. Exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills. Passion for establishing new business partnerships and an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communicator, capable of translating complex business issues into practical terms and navigating cultural differences. Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
