As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in client success, combining project management, relationship management, and financial expertise. As the primary point of contact for new clients, you will guide them through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to Hazeltree's cutting-edge treasury management solutions. Beyond implementation, you will nurture long-term relationships, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Onboarding: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the end-to-end implementation of Hazeltree's treasury solutions.
  • Project Management Excellence: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at hedge funds and private market firms, understanding their unique needs.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand Hazeltree's footprint within existing accounts.
  • Champion Client Success: Provide expert training, proactive support, and ongoing engagement to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Client Services teams to enhance our solutions and advocate for client needs.
  • Financial & Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of financial instruments, cash management, and treasury operations to support clients effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience in project management and/or account management , ideally within financial services, fintech, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and treasury operations.
  • Familiarity with hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients.
  • Time Management: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a passion for client success and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or account management.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services is highly preferred.
