Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Event Marketing Officer to plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of events. This role is crucial for achieving the organization's strategic objectives in brand building, lead generation, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Event Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities Anchor Event Management: Lead the end‑to‑end planning, promotion, and execution of the organization’s flagship annual events. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure seamless delivery, strengthen brand awareness, cultivate customer relationships, and drive qualified sales leads. Business Unit Support: Partner with internal business units to plan and execute targeted events and programs. Focus on effective participant recruitment to generate high‑quality leads and directly contribute to revenue growth. Database Management: Implement and manage database acquisition, segmentation, and maintenance strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI. Vendor & Logistics Management: Provide full oversight and supervision of event agencies and vendors. Manage all onsite logistics and post‑event follow‑up activities, including analysis and reporting to measure success and inform future strategies. Budget Administration: Support the division in budget management, control, and the payment settlement process for all events. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in event marketing, with a strong track record of driving business‑oriented events from conception to execution. Experience in the ICT industry is a significant advantage. Exceptional project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. A creative thinker who is highly motivated and capable of thriving under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential.
