Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance, FreeSwitch-based communication and voice applications. Translate complex business requirements into clear, efficient, and well-documented technical designs. Work collaboratively within an Agile team structure to complete project iterations on time, ensuring high code quality and successful delivery of results. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of deployed services. 3+ years of professional Java development experience, including participation in large-scale system projects. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Solid, demonstrable Java fundamentals, excellent coding skills, and good development habits. Proficient with the modern Java technology stack and microservice frameworks, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, Redis, and MQ technologies. Strong understanding and working knowledge of core communication protocols: SIP, RTP, RTCP, and HTTP . Familiarity with the FreeSwitch architecture is essential. Experience in secondary development (customizing/extending) of FreeSwitch is highly preferred. Working knowledge of MySQL .
