Job Overview This role looks after the people readiness of strategic Digital programmes / projects delivery, responsible for the ideation, planning and execution of fit-for-purpose initiatives that prepare CLP people to grow with digitalisation. The programme(s) / project(s) assigned will usually cover a wide range of topics focusing on digital enablement in workforce productivity, operational efficiency, security and controls etc. Business Analysis & End User Advocacy Collaborate with relevant programs and projects to deliver people readiness solutions that are tailored to maximise business value throughout the digital transformation / change. Utilise a user‑centric methodology to enhance business analysis, accurately identifying people readiness requirements—including technical expertise and behavioural change as needed. Identify and evaluate the impact of change(s) on individuals across the Group (typical scale is a user base of several thousand people across the organisation), and, when appropriate, customise plans and interventions by user segment or persona to ensure targeted and effective change management. Project Management & Execution Drive for impacts by embedding change management activities into the core delivery schedule of designated programme(s) / project(s). Comprehensively identify and classify stakeholders impacted, which may involve the liaison and partnering with business contacts across the Group, and / or advocating programme(s) / project(s) values to business leadership. Effectively strategise and execute change initiatives which may involve user research (interviews, focus groups etc.), awareness campaigns (creative and / or educational contents, diversified delivery formats e.g. webinars, in‑person engagements) and fit‑for‑purpose education. (Risk management) Conduct impact and risk assessments across people readiness agenda to identify the corresponding interdependencies & risk from business / user perspectives. (Metrics) Work closely with programme / project manager(s) to define, track fit‑for‑purpose metrics in gauging the people readiness, propose / revise change interventions where required using a data‑informed approach. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines. At least 8‑10 years of relevant work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical and/or business initiatives for Manager (MP3) role. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Manager (MP4) role. Experience with project management is required, previous exposure to change management is preferred. Experience in Design Thinking is strongly preferred. Proven ability to be effective in an internal customer‑facing role, driving customer‑centric ways of working. Fluency in Chinese (both written and speaking) is required to effectively engage target stakeholders. Professional credentials in Procsi, ADKAR, ScrumMaster or relevant disciplines are preferred. Professional project management certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 are preferred. Proven track record of problem solving and analytical abilities and able to use own initiative. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as influencing and leadership skills. Strong curiosity for continuous learning. Proactive, performance‑driven and results‑oriented.
