The Marketing and Communications Office plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the School’s brand and reputation through promoting its thought leadership globally, creating and reinforcing consistent messaging to the public, developing and driving the implementation of communications plans and strategies across multiple channels, providing guidance and advice on effective internal and external communications and issues management, and establishing lasting connections with the School’s community. Responsibilities (a) Event management and speaking engagement, including stakeholders’ liaison, promotion, execution, and post‑event reporting. (b) Bilingual content production in English and Chinese, including ideation and copywriting for school news and newsletters. (c) Website content management, ensuring timely and accurate updates. (d) Review of content and design produced by vendors and internal stakeholders. (e) Project management, including time and budget management. (f) Performing other impromptu duties as assigned. Working at flexible hours may be required. Qualifications (i) A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Event Marketing, Marketing or related disciplines. (ii) At least 4 years’ post‑qualification work experience, preferably in corporate communications, event management, public relations, advertising or related fields. (iii) Excellent organisational, project management, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, along with good team spirit, a can‑do, proactive, agile, independent and detail‑oriented work attitude. (iv) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua). (v) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe applications and WordPress is advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written test(s).
