Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end onboarding processes for institutional and corporate clients, working closely with senior team members on escalated or complex cases. Conduct CDD, KYC, and AML reviews to ensure complete, compliant onboarding; escalate uncertainties or higher-risk matters for review as appropriate. Communicate with clients to confirm documentation, clarify application requirements, and address process-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with teams across departments to gather required information and resolve operational issues efficiently. Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements under the direction of the department head. Monitor account health, contribute to routine reporting, and support compliance updates by proactively identifying and flagging relevant issues. Maintain precise records and uphold ongoing data accuracy in line with company policy and regulatory standards. Support business initiatives, reinforce data governance, and contribute to operational enhancements that drive measurable improvements in key performance metrics. Facilitate client education on platform features, service offerings, and new regulatory developments to ensure client awareness and readiness. Assist with other operational and administrative tasks within the department during periods of lower client onboarding traffic to ensure overall team efficiency and support business continuity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields 1–3 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, AML, KYC, or account management, preferably in a financial institution or regulated environment. Demonstrated working knowledge and awareness of regulatory standards (CDD, KYC, AML/CTF, CRS); direct process involvement is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a diligent approach to regulatory standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Ability to collaborate, follow guidance, and work proactively Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to support the onboarding lifecycle for institutional clients, corporations, or professional investors, with some independent task ownership. Exposure to team collaboration in onboarding or account management within a regulated financial environment; direct team management experience is not required. Familiarity with digital onboarding platforms focused on automating client onboarding workflows and compliance processes to improve efficiency. Proficiency in using CRM systems, MIS, and client onboarding software, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging technology for operational improvements. Experience assisting with institutional clients, downstream brokers, or Professional Investors (PIs) who have complex onboarding requirements.
