Add expected salary to your profile for insights Key roles and responsibilities of Senior Sustainability Analyst / Sustainability Analyst: Prepare parts of Environmental, Social and Governance Report ('ESG'), including writing, verification and translation Familiar with the knowledge system in the field of national and regional carbon management, and provide carbon management project consulting services for target customers Participate in green and low‑carbon projects such as carbon emission management consulting and training, including greenhouse gas carbon footprint, assisting enterprises to apply for CDP, SBTi, etc. Support the team in business development related to sustainable development, such as customer communication and solution presentation Assist in the preparation of recommendations on improving environment and sustainability performance for listed company clients Assist in providing assurance services on ESG reports issued by listed company clients Assist in the research and development of "wellness real estate" initiative with the support of sustainability ideas Assist in the preparation of studies for environment and sustainability issues Assist in business development and pitching assignments to engage potential clients Experience with WELL Certification will be considered favourably Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sustainability Analyst Candidate who is immediate available is highly preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, majors in sustainable development, environmental and energy management, or related science and engineering disciplines are preferred 2‑3 years of work experience in ESG report preparation, carbon‑related field Candidates with experience in carbon footprint, carbon verification, and participation in the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) project are preferred Familiar with energy and carbon management‑related standards (such as GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, energy audit principles, etc.) and understand mainstream sustainable development evaluation systems such as MSCI, CDP, Ecovadis Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken and written Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Exposure to clients from diverse backgrounds and industries Develop skills in preparation of environment and sustainability studies into presentable formats for a wide range of audiences and documents, such as marketing brochures and annual reports for listed companies About CHFT Advisory And Appraisal Limited Our business demands agile and distinctive business‑mindedness, and our entrepreneurial spirit and decentralized decision‑making are promoted in all our companies.
