Salesforce application support(insurance about 31000/m) My client is looking a Salesforce Application Support for insurance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent Proficient in written English & Chinese; Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese At least 1-3 years' experience in IT industry Solid experiences in Application Support and Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Causes analysis and Problem Resolution Maintain a positive attitude and have good communication skills for client and team management Preferred Insurance application support experiences Responsibilities Work in HK to solve client incidents / issues Provide application and maintenance support for client Timely check Silva ticket and ensure tickets can follow up within SLA Perform in-depth trouble‑shooting, problem resolution, problem source identification and problem determination at coding level for incidents escalated by L2 Maintain ownership of the incidents that requires IBM to resolve until resolution and lead incident resolution Timely complete with quality for the committed works (BAU, Adhoc, Enhancements, etc) and proactively communicate status, issue, clarification to required parties or people Timely perform on‑hands ticket impact analysis and root cause analysis and timely update progress to corresponding stakeholders Provide input for deploying code to production environment following the Change Management Process, including coding, testing, preparing deployment guide / rollback plan, getting relevant approvals Manage in‑scoped application related documents and keep them up‑to‑date; Application Information Document (AID), Application Support and Control Plan (ASCP) and design documents as appropriate Actively participate in team meetings, including MIM call, incident handling, root cause analysis call, etc. Support and comply with Incident management / Change management / Problem management workflow and related activities Responsible for sharing the technical details or continuous improvement proposals and discussing with Team lead & Tech lead to improve productivity Responsible skill up for application code level knowledge transformation to L1/2 Interested candidates please send your message to us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
