We are looking for a Compliance Officer to help strengthen our compliance framework and uphold the highest standards of integrity within our global trading operations. You will be instrumental in cultivating a robust compliance mindset across teams and safeguarding alignment with both regulatory obligations and internal frameworks. What You’ll Do Keep abreast of regulatory changes, including AML laws, SFC Code of Conduct, and licensing requirements. Review KYC and due diligence documentation for new accounts, including enhanced due diligence where necessary. Support account onboarding processes in collaboration with Front Office and Operations teams. Handle inquiries on compliance matters from both internal teams and external partners. Oversee transaction monitoring, identify potential risks, review supporting information, and prepare reports for regulatory authorities. Deliver compliance training sessions to promote awareness and best practices. Coordinate third‑party audits for compliance, AML, and responsible sourcing programs. Manage inquiries into potential breaches and coordinate follow‑up actions to restore compliance. Establish and continuously improve compliance programs, ensuring they remain effective and up to date. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and financial regulations (including SFC Code of Conduct). Proven experience working with regulators and managing audits, investigations, and compliance programs. Knowledge of responsible sourcing practices is a plus. Qualifications & Skills High level of integrity with a strong commitment to ethical standards and compliance advocacy. Fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese for business communication; additional languages are a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced trading environment. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in risk assessments. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders. Proven project management capabilities and experience driving initiatives to completion. Solid judgment and critical thinking skills to support compliance decision‑making.
