Cross‑Border Compliance and Risk Control Promote the implementation of a cross‑border transportation compliance system: Conduct in‑depth interpretation of laws and regulations in target markets (e.g., EU, North America, Southeast Asia), including but not limited to EU GDPR data compliance, North American antitrust laws, and import/export control policies, to ensure the legality and compliance of the company’s entire processes such as customs declaration, inspection, customs filing, and cross‑border data transmission. Conduct regular compliance reviews: Periodically carry out compliance reviews on the company’s business in areas such as anti‑money laundering, import/export license verification, validity of vehicles’ Road Transportation Operation Permits, and drivers’ professional qualification compliance, formulate detailed risk rectification reports, supervise all departments in implementing rectification measures, and conduct closed‑loop management of compliance risks. Optimize risk transfer and remedy solutions: Based on the characteristics of cross‑border logistics business, design cargo transportation insurance plans, clarify claim boundaries in scenarios such as natural disasters, transportation delays, and third‑party liability; quickly develop legal remedy plans for sudden risks such as customs seizure, cargo loss/damage, and changes in cross‑border policies to reduce the company’s economic losses and brand risks. 3. Dispute Resolution and Litigation Support Efficiently handle common disputes in the logistics industry: Take the lead in resolving daily disputes such as cargo damage compensation, liability for transportation delays, and customer service complaints, formulate solutions through negotiation, mediation, and other methods, promote reconciliation between parties, and maintain the company’s customer relationships and business reputation. Support litigation/arbitration cases: Assist in handling the company’s litigation and arbitration cases, be responsible for the collection, collation, and preservation of evidence materials, coordinate with external law firms, track court proceedings and case trends throughout the process, regularly issue case analysis reports to management, provide professional legal advice, and protect the company’s legitimate rights and interests. 4. Qualification Maintenance and Construction of Legal Support System Ensure the validity of core operating qualifications: Take the lead in applying for, modifying, and renewing key licenses such as NVOCC (Non‑Vessel Operating Common Carrier) qualification, international freight forwarding license, and import/export operation rights to ensure the company’s operating qualifications are complete and compliant. Establish a systematic legal support system: Sort out compliance processes for businesses such as cross‑border transportation and freight forwarding operations, and compile documents including Cross‑Border Transportation Operation Compliance Guidelines and Contract Risk Prevention and Control Manual. Organize monthly legal training on topics such as customs regulations, contract signing risks, and cross‑border compliance to improve the legal awareness and compliance operation capabilities of all employees.
