We are looking for a Senior SEM Manager to spearhead our search engine marketing efforts, focusing on driving efficiency and growth across various online channels. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in SEM, capable of optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance overall digital marketing performance. Key Responsibilities SEM Strategy & Execution : Identify and capitalize on opportunities for SEM efficiency and growth in areas such as site infrastructure and keyword selection to increase revenue, traffic, leads, and user engagement. Campaign Management : Manage SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Baidu, including account setup, keyword selection, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies to optimize CTR, CVR, CPC, and CPA performance. Data-Driven Optimization : Conduct regular account health checks to mitigate invalid clicks and budget waste, leveraging data analytics to inform campaign improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with designers and tech teams to produce effective online marketing materials and recommend changes to website architecture and content to enhance SEO performance. Channel Development : Identify and evaluate new online marketing channels (e.g., social media, affiliate networks), developing channel investment plans including budget allocation and execution. Market Insights : Collect, clean, and analyze campaign and user data to assess marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Performance Reporting : Create visualization dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in SEM and digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns. Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Baidu. Analytical Skills : Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, with strong Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets to derive insights. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively; experience in the finance or tech industry is a plus.
