Requirements Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE advising on M&A/PE from law firm or in‑house Fluent in English, Chinese skills are advantageous PRC related cross‑border M&A experience is advantageous Responsibilities Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents. Advise on corporate structuring and compliance, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations. Coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal teams. Support post‑transaction activities, such as employment agreements, shareholder rights, and governance planning.
