Job Description:
- Conduct data analytics to ensure network quality assurance.
- Enhance performance management tools with machine learning and AI capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the mobile network and customer feedback.
- Automate network planning and operational processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve network performance and customer satisfaction.
- Establish network performance metrics and KPIs.
- Integrate network performance platforms across various vendor systems.
- Manage server and database administration, including updates and security configurations.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably within the mobile network industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 3G/4G/5G mobile networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, IOS, Linux, and Sun Solaris.
- Skilled in SQL, Oracle, web programming, Python, and C++.
- A collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Putonghua being advantageous.
