Merchandise Manager – Seasonals

Job Highlights Global sourcing company with multi-country operations 5-day work week with comprehensive benefits Opportunity to work with leading retailers in the EU, UK and US markets Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end supply chain process from supplier sourcing, product development, order follow-up to shipment for seasonal, party, and home decor categories. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely production and quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and logistics to meet customer expectations. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sourcing opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and actively source new ones through trade fairs and sourcing trips. Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative, performance-driven work environment. Proactively identify and solve problems throughout the merchandising process. Willingness to travel for sourcing and supplier development. Qualifications & Requirements Tertiary education in a relevant field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sourcing and merchandising; candidates with less experience may also be considered as Assistant Merchandise Manager. Experience in handling seasonals, home decor and tableware categories is highly preferred. Proven experience working with the US and/or EU / UK markets is a must. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
