PERFORMANCE STRATEGIST & MEDIA BUYER (Part-Time / Contract) Visual Matters — Hong Kong / Hybrid Visual Matters is evolving from a pure production house into a performance-driven creative partner. We are expanding our capabilities across content strategy, paid media, and data-led growth — and we’re looking for a Performance Strategist with strong media buying experience to anchor this new direction. Role Overview You’ll lead the performance side of our client projects: turning creative output into measurable results. This includes building content-to-conversion funnels, deploying media budgets across key platforms, analysing performance data, and advising clients on how to scale using smart, efficient strategies. This is a part-time or contract role, suitable for someone who wants flexible involvement but is strong in both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop content-driven performance strategies for client brands Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) Provide performance insights and optimisation recommendations Align production outputs with campaign goals Work closely with our creative team to ensure content is built for results Prepare monthly performance reports and action plans Requirements 3+ years experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side) Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok a plus) Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and making calls Ability to translate numbers into clear actions and creative direction Familiar with content-led performance, especially video-driven campaigns Comfortable working independently with flexible hours Nice to Have Experience working with lifestyle/consumer brands Understanding of AI-powered content workflows Ability to advise on media budgets, forecasting, and growth strategy Engagement Part-time or project-based contract Hybrid/ Remote-friendly Competitive rate (hourly or project-based depending on scope) Why Join Visual Matters Work with a lean, fast-moving creative team across Hong Kong & Bangkok Help shape our transition into a performance-led creative agency Collaborate on campaigns where production and performance work hand-in-hand Opportunity to grow into a long-term strategic partner If you’re someone who can turn creative into conversion and guide brands with clarity, we’d like to speak with you.
