Responsibilities (English) Monitor and operate Computerized Central Management System (CCMS) and Building Management System (BMS). Monitor, operate, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning (MVAC) systems. Perform assigned ad‑hoc duties according to business needs. Qualifications / Requirements (English) Eligible to work in Hong Kong SAR. Valid REW R/A license. Valid Safety Card and Construction Worker Registration Card. Minimum 5 years’ experience in MVAC operation, maintenance, and monitoring. Minimum 6 years’ experience in CCMS/BMS operation and monitoring (experience with Siemens CCMS is an advantage). Possession of intermediate or advanced trade test certificate is an advantage. Proficient in reading and writing Chinese; fluent in Cantonese. Ability to read basic English. Familiar with mobile application (App) usage. Work Arrangement (English) Shift work required, three shifts: 08:00 – 17:00, 14:30 – 23:30, & 23:00 – 08:00. Duty time may revise when deemed necessary. Six working days per week, with rotating rest days. Alternative days off will be provided for public holiday work. Overtime allowance provided for extra hours.
