For more about us, please visit 福利 13個月糧(雙糧)、17天銀行假期、20天有薪年假、 醫療及人壽保險、提供工作手提電話、培訓資助、安全評估及安全訓練等多項員工福利 工作地點 駐守於九龍城區大型設施 職責 獨立處理電力／空調／冷凍/水管及排水系統其中一項維修及定期預防性保養。 指導技術員完成維修、定期預防性保養工作; 向經理及客戶定期報告、匯報突發事故及巡查記錄。 如需處理突發事件需非辦公時間電話支援。 根據公司業務需求執行分配非恆常職責。 資歷要求 具備香港特別行政區工作許可。 有效平安卡及建造業工人註冊證。 必須持有註冊電業工程人員資格A牌或以上。 6年或以上電力／空調／冷凍/水管及排水系統其中一項的經驗。 3年以上科文／督導經驗。 基礎電腦／電郵操作經驗。 駐場維修相關經驗優先。 良好的客戶服務技巧。 良好的粵語能力及中文書寫能力。 具備英文書寫能力者優先考慮。 Benefits 13‑month salary (double pay), 17 bank holidays, 20 days of paid annual leave. Job Responsibilities Perform repairs and conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. Lead the technical team in carrying out repair works and planned preventive maintenance tasks. Report to the manager and partners on work status, including regular reports, updates on emergency incidents, and inspection findings. Provide telephone support after office hours when needed or emergency situations arise. Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs. Requirements Have Hong Kong SAR working rights. Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker license (Grade A or above). Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and Construction Worker Registration Card. Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in one of the following areas: Electrical, MVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing & Drainage systems. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in one of the following areas: Electrical, MVAC, RHAVC or Plumbing & Drainage systems. Basic computer and email operation skills. Experience in on‑site maintenance environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese is essential.
