Develop annual/monthly maintenance plans for machinery and production equipment; schedule and supervise timely, quality completion. Diagnose major equipment failures and lead or arrange emergency repairs to minimize production impact. Inspect maintenance and repair work regularly to ensure compliance with standards. Oversee procurement plans, inventory management, and warehouse processes for repair materials to ensure timely supply and cost control. Monitor daily operation and basic maintenance of machinery by production departments to ensure safety compliance and extend equipment lifespan. Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance effectively and ensure smooth operations. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in machinery and heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in logistics, port operations, or industrial settings. Proven ability to develop and implement annual and monthly maintenance schedules for production equipment. Strong diagnostic skills in identifying major equipment failures and coordinating emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime. Experience in supervising maintenance teams and ensuring timely, high‑quality execution of repair and servicing tasks. Familiar with inventory control, procurement planning, and warehouse processes for spare parts and maintenance materials. Knowledge of safety compliance standards and operational protocols in equipment handling and maintenance. Capable of coordinating with multiple departments to align maintenance schedules with production needs. Proficient in MS Office. Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
