Sous Baker(Layers) – Bakehouse (Chai Wan) Assist Head Baker in supervising the baking team for daily baking operations協助酥房主管以管理烘焙團隊以維持日常烘焙運作 Collaborate with sales teams for order enquiries與營業團隊合作處理銷售訂單 Prepare our signature viennoiseries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart...etc)協助製作我們招牌維也納甜酥麵包(牛角酥,丹麥酥,酸種蛋撻...等等) Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards管理食物準備過程並確保過程符合指定食物安全標準 Report maintenance issues of all BOH areas and equipment to Head Baker向酥房主管上報有關烘焙器材之保養及維修事項 Compile daily food orders按照指示製作每日所需的烘焙食品 Requirements 要求: At least 5 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in bakery / pastries industry is an advantage需要五年或以上飲食業相關經驗,具麵包店/甜品行業經驗者會被優先考慮 Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English & Mandarin操流利廣東話,良好英語及普通話 Good communication skills良好的溝通能力 Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team有良好的團隊合作精神 Candidate with less experience would be considered as Chef de Partie經驗較少者會被考慮為高級烘焙師 #J-18808-Ljbffr
