About The Role As a Horizon Club Host , you will be managing the key aspects of executive lounge operations to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction. Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and F&B service in the Lounge. Document guest preferences and handle special arrangements upon request. Assist with travel-related needs such as airline bookings, transportation, and city tours. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines. At least 1 year of experience in Hotel or Service Industry, preferably in the Front Office Department or Airline Operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality. Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
