To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high‑calibre candidate to join us as Assistant Project Manager, mainly in charge of new projects in the service delivery team. Responsibilities Lead and manage software system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high‑quality outcomes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or feedback. Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in software system projects, with a track record of successful deliveries. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals. Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
