We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a high-performance trading firm operating in the digital asset and crypto market-making space. This role involves close collaboration with quantitative researchers and traders to build, enhance, and deploy applications that enable rapid, data-driven trading decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, entrepreneurial developer to make a direct impact on trading outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python-based tools and systems for data processing, analytics, and trading strategy execution. Collaborate with quantitative and trading teams to quickly translate research ideas into reliable, production-ready applications. Integrate with real-time market data and trading infrastructure, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance. Deliver agile, high-quality solutions that balance speed of development with long-term maintainability and operational efficiency. Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally within trading, fintech, or quantitative research. Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, asyncio, or similar. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Proven experience working with trading or real-time data systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
