Overview The Hong Kong Society for the Aged (SAGE), founded in 1977, is a service organization dedicated to serving the elderly with a staff of 1,100 and 30 service units. This Project Manager role will assist the organization in ensuring compliance with all building‑related ordinances and statutory requirements, manage engineering projects, coordinate architects, engineers and contractors, and assist in preparing tender documents for the appointment of consultants or contractors. Responsibilities Assist the organization in ensuring compliance with all building‑related ordinances and statutory requirements from government departments. Manage engineering projects, including coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of works. Assist in preparing tender documents for the appointment of consultants or contractors. Qualifications Degree holder in Building Surveying or other related discipline. At least 8 years of relevant experience; Building Surveying or other building‑related disciplines is preferred. A good team player with excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills and self‑motivation. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Benefits Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
