Job Responsibilities Conduct valuation and due diligence works of different assets for cross-border M&A and IPO advisory projects including but not limited to property valuation, equity interest valuation, financial derivatives valuation (e.g., Warrants, Share Options, Convertible Bonds, Convertible Preference Shares, etc.) and intangible assets valuation (e.g., Brand name, Trademarks, Customer Relationship, Technical Knowhow, Order Backlog, etc.) Build up financial models and compose valuation reports Draft ESG Reports Conduct market research and analyses Conduct on-site inspections to the subject assets if needed Prepare the pitching materials and service proposals Handle the enquiries from clients Support the team to grow further Required Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Degree, preferably in surveying, finance or accounting Solid skills and knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Energetic, positive, proactive and responsible Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good command in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Candidate with extensive experience in business valuation will be considered for senior position Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
