Senior Finance Manager

Support senior management with the development and implementation of the company’s short, mid, and long-term strategy. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handle the month‑end closing and tax computation for HK subsidiaries. Play a key role in the Oracle FCCS system implementation project and prepare group consolidated financial statements. Work closely with overseas subsidiaries to reconcile inter‑company balances and prepare group reports. Prepare monthly cash forecasts to monitor the liquidity position of the group. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and interim reviews to meet tight deadlines under the Stock Exchange. Engage with external parties, such as valuers, tax representatives, and bankers, to ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including tax filing, loan covenants, and the issuance of statutory financial statements. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree holder or above. Field of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent disciplines. Other Professional Qualifications / Technical Skills / Knowledge required: Member of accounting professional bodies (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, etc.). Big 4 and/or MNC experience preferred. Familiar with HKSE Listing Rules, IFRS and compliance issues (preferred). Strong PPT, financial modeling and financial analysis skills (preferred). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong language skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The candidate with less experience will be considered for the Finance Manager position.
