Job Description This is a hands‑on sales leadership role where you will lead an established team from the front. Your primary mission is to ensure the team consistently hits and exceeds targets through active coaching, mentorship, and real‑time performance management. You must embody an ownership mindset and be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader who can balance the urgent need for daily results with the long‑term goal of identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities. The role demands exceptional skills in consultative sales and a focus on maintaining high‑quality customer interactions to drive satisfaction and retention in a competitive B2C environment. Skills & Experience Required Over 5 years of successful sales management experience, particularly in a high-volume B2C setting is a major advantage. A clear track record of not just achieving, but exceeding sales targets. Exceptional coaching skills, strong CRM proficiency, and the ability to conduct data‑driven competitive analysis. Fluency in English and Chinese is required for internal and external communication; Mandarin is a plus. Key Responsibilities Drive Daily Sales Performance: Ensure the team hits targets every day through active coaching and accountability. Lead and Mentor: Motivate, coach, and lead the sales team to exceed expectations and foster a culture of ownership. Operational Oversight: Monitor sales activities and pipelines daily, identifying and removing blockers in real‑time. Quality Control & Coaching: Focus on the quality of customer interactions by listening to calls and improving the team's pitch and close techniques. Experience 5 years Skills Sales Management (5+ years), Sales Leadership, B2C Sales (High-Volume), Performance Coaching, Target Achievement, Sales Strategy Execution, CRM Systems, Consultative Sales, Entrepreneurial Mindset, On-Demand Storage/Logistics (B2C) Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
