Position Overview You will be part of a dedicated team of linguists teaching one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Japanese or Chinese. Your timetable will primarily focus on your language of specialisation, covering the full age and ability range, including IB Standard and Higher Level courses. Deliver effective lessons in the Middle Years Programme, ab initio course in the IB Diploma Programme, and/or International GCSEs in the abovementioned languages. Utilise data on student learning outcomes to shape and enhance teaching strategies and curriculum design. Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider community to create an inclusive learning environment. Actively participate in professional learning teams within the Languages faculty, contributing positively to collective goals and initiatives.
