AVP/VP, Origination and Execution, Debt Capital Markets, IBD Key Accountabilities Mid-level member of DCM team, responsible for providing clients with comprehensive bond underwriting services; Possess end-to-end project execution capabilities, providing market information to clients and make recommendations for issuance timing and pricing; Led the execution of major projects, able to arrange roadshows independently, pricing, and other activities; Strong marketing skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with Issuers and investors; Experience as a rating advisor or green advisor is preferred; Provide guidance to junior members of the DCM team; Such other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time. Skills & Experience University graduate or higher, in finance, economics, accounting or law related degree preferred; At least 6 years of relevant experience in DCM in investment banking, experience in Chinese offshore DCM market is preferred; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Experience in a credit rating advisory role is highly preferred; Pleasant, presentable and a good team player; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Good written skill in English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory, able to converse in Cantonese is preferred.
