We are a renowned organization engaged in operating food business in Hong Kong and China with workforce size 2,500 approximately in various retail brands. Responsibilities Lead and manage end‑to‑end store projects (new stores, renovations, and upgrades), coordinating with external vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal teams. Support and coordinate tender documents, drawings, construction contract administration tasks, including handling change requests, obtaining quotations and managing variations and payment settlement procedures. Prepare 2D layout & drawing. Assist in working with consultants, contractors, designers, and regulatory agencies to support project objectives. Provide on‑site support during construction and assist with project close‑outs. Support communication among project team members, users, consultants, contractors, sub‑contractors, vendors, and others. Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation and other relevant materials to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Manage and coordinate store equipment ordering and logistics to support project timelines and operational readiness. Perform any other duties as assigned. Outdoor work will be required. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Design, Project or Construction Management, or equivalent. At least 5 years of proven experience in overseeing store renovation and/or project management; experience in F&B industry is a must. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; additional skills in Photoshop, 3d Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus. Good organisation, communication and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Being self‑motivated, able to work independently, with the awareness to seek guidance and support when necessary. Being open and receptive to receiving coaching from supervisors and colleagues, able to assimilate feedback and learn quickly. Being collaborative and patient. #J-18808-Ljbffr
