For more information, please visit our website at About the Role Seeking a professional with hands‑on experience in traditional and generative AI to join the IT AI Implementation team. This role involves managing, designing, supporting, and ensuring quality across internal AI initiatives. Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance for deploying, integrating, and maintaining AI applications across the organization. Assess and evaluate third‑party AI solutions to ensure compliance with organizational needs and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors. Gather and analyze business requirements to implement effective AI applications. Maintain and improve AI solutions through operational support and staying current with industry trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline. At least 6 years in technical support, software development, and project management, preferably in AI‑powered solutions. Hands‑on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other practical AI tools. Proficient in Python; familiar with databases like Neo4j and MongoDB; experienced with leading AI development tools. Skilled in designing AI solutions including Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision; knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud). Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills; fluent in English and Chinese. Salary Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
