Trend & Market Analysis: Maintain a deep sensitivity to global design trends, with a specialized focus on the European beauty and luxury market. Technology Adoption & Innovation: Proactively research and integrate the latest design technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI‑driven design tools (e.g., for ideation, rendering, pattern creation). Stay abreast of technological advancements in materials and manufacturing that can be leveraged for innovative packaging solutions. Quickly master new software and tools to enhance team efficiency and creative output. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Mentorship: Support and elevate the design team by providing training and sharing knowledge. Marketing Sense: Your ideas should drive desirability and connect with the target consumer. Key Responsibilities Creative Exploration & Art Direction: Use AI tools to lead creative exploration and establish compelling visual narratives, mood, and art direction for beauty concepts. Go beyond execution to define the “look and feel.” Conceptual Ideation: Generate groundbreaking, cohesive, and brand‑relevant creative concepts for packaging and marketing assets. Your focus is on the big idea, using AI as your sketchbook and canvas. AI Video Generation: Create compelling, short‑formAI‑generated video content for social media, internal pitches, and conceptual mock‑ups to bring static designs to life and demonstrate dynamic brand experiences.
