Job Description We are seeking an innovative BIM Manager to lead Kin Wing’s digital construction roadmap and enhance our capabilities in foundation and ELS engineering. This strategic role drives BIM implementation, 4D/5D digital workflows, and cross-department integration to support the company’s transformation. Responsibilities Lead, organize and coordinate resources and daily operations of the CAD & BIM Department. Plan, manage and optimize the deployment of CAD & BIM resources in a cost-effective manner. Develop, implement and oversee BIM execution plans for tender submission and project delivery, including 4D simulation, construction sequencing, and statutory submissions. Collaborate closely with the Design Team and Site Teams to ensure smooth construction workflow, clash resolution, and model accuracy. Formulate company-wide BIM policies, digital strategy, standards, templates, workflows, and training roadmap. Research, evaluate and drive adoption of new BIM-related technologies, platforms and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Civil 3D, Navisworks add-ins, Common Data Environment). Manage BIM processes, workflows, modelling standards, QA/QC, audit, and data governance. Lead internal BIM training, technical coaching, and promote BIM adoption across departments. Support digital transformation initiatives including 4D/5D BIM, site coordination tools, CDE, and integration with project management systems. Requirements Degree in Civil, Structural, Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ BIM experience in contractors or consultants, with strong exposure to foundation, ELS and temporary works coordination. CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) / MHKIBIM / MHKICBIM. Proven ability in leading BIM strategy, model governance, BEP development, 4D/5D implementation and CDE deployment. Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo and BIM workflow automation tools. Solid understanding of digital project delivery, construction planning, QS model integration, and model-based risk management. A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, innovative and committed to continuous learning in BIM and digital construction technologies. Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the position of Assistant BIM Manager.
