In this role, you will provide full support on all BIM related aspects for Nan Fung projects throughout the entire project cycle. Responsibilities Supervise stakeholder BIM teams to achieve project objectives through the effective application of BIM uses and processes throughout the entire project lifecycle Chair and actively participate in coordination meetings, ensuring model-based design coordination and issue management workflows are followed and comply with contractual obligations Review and validate all BIM submissions from contractors and consultants to ensure they meet project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements Develop, implement, and maintain the company's BIM standards, execution plans, and project-specific information management requirements Foster clear communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to BIM execution and project delivery Provide expert guidance, training, and ongoing support to internal team members on BIM methodologies, software, and best practices Liaise with external parties, industry bodies, and vendors regarding event participation, award submission, and the procurement of digital tools to advance the company's construction digitalization initiatives Requirements A degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a related field CIC Certified BIM Manager certification is a must A minimum of 5 years of hands-on BIM management experience on collaborative building design or construction projects Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required Advanced knowledge and proven practical experience with Autodesk BIM solutions, including Revit, Navisworks, ACC (BIM 360), and AutoCAD Experience with other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max) and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Python) will be an advantage Candidates with less qualification will be considered for the BIM Coordinator position Benefits We provide market-competitive packages and fringe benefits to our staff to ensure they are well-rewarded to excel in their career.
