Responsibilities Assist in carrying out research‑related tasks including literature review, data collection, data analysis and report writing for various projects and services targeting people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Write and prepare research proposals or protocols based on research findings. Liaise with different service units to support their research work and promote evidence‑based practice. Participate in related service meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Social Work, Health Science or related discipline. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical programs (e.g., SPSS) is strongly preferred. Experience and strong interest in research would be advantageous. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Good organizational and communication skills.
