Role Summary The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing logistics operations, including freight forwarding, order processing, and distribution centre management. The role ensures efficiency through SAP and WMS systems, drives cost savings and process improvements, and provides leadership to the Logistics Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position plays a key role in aligning logistics strategies with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimise supply‑chain performance. Manage freight forwarding, order processing and distribution centre operations. Utilise SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure effective distribution and inventory control. Lead projects to analyse logistics costs, identify improvement opportunities and achieve cost savings. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align logistics initiatives with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Provide leadership and guidance to the Logistics Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations. Report directly to the General Manager. Ideal Candidates Minimum 8 years of experience in supply‑chain and logistics functions. Tertiary education, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Operations Management. Strong knowledge of WMS; SAP experience is highly preferred. Good command of Cantonese, with proficiency in English and Putonghua.
