Responsibilities Working alongside the Director, Regional Legal (Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa), supporting with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence. Reviewing and maintaining corporate records such as memorandum and articles of association, trade licenses, resolutions, directors/shareholders changes, amendments, etc. Drafting and execution of documents related to new corporate entity legal due diligence, formations, providing support for standard corporate and commercial bilingual agreements including NDAs, contracts, and administration documentation and activities related to corporate restructuring such as dissolutions. Supporting with the contract lifecycle management solution and ensuring proper implementation and submissions of the contracts. Supporting with the Global Corporate Ethics & Compliance efforts and programs. Supporting with the management of outside counsels and the relationship with various government departments and authorities. Qualifications Strong academic background, with legal qualifications to practice law in a country within the Asia Pacific region. 4-5 years of practice advising companies (preferably within the Asia Pacific). Ideally some in‑house experience in an international matrixed organization. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements involving cross border transactions. Strong organization, documentation, presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once in a fast‑paced environment. Strong command of English language. Proven corporate awareness and ability to work well with colleagues of diverse and multicultural background. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and assignments. Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience in the food processing industry is a plus.
