About the Role The Billing Coordinator reports to Funds Partners and supports the Funds Team in Hong Kong. Primary responsibilities include: Prepare and check content (including typos, consistency, etc) of pre-bill before it goes to Lawyers for review and approval Coordinate with Lawyers, Paralegals and Accounts team to ensure timely billing to client Check invoices and bill breakdowns are accurately reflecting any instructions given at pre-bill stage Ensure time and fixed fee/disbursement details on bills to client is accurate Check cover letters are correct (e.g. invoice numbers and amounts quoted match up with the enclosed invoice with correct addressee) Assist Lawyers and Paralegals on questions from client on our bills Ensure any specific billing requirement (e.g. discount rate, how an invoice is to be split/addressed) required by client is met Coordinat ion of billing for specific client groups EXPERIENCE What You Bring In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English and Chinese Cheerful and can-do working attitude Client facing experience Ability to work independently and on a team Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks BENEFITS & REWARDS The most enduring professional relationship s are reciprocal relationships.
