What It's About Based in Partners Group Hong Kong office, this position will be part of the Private Wealth APAC Client Solutions team, responsible for building new and broadening existing relationships with private wealth channels across the region. Amid strong growth in this client segment, Partners Group seeks to expand its footprint to deepen coverage of the Hong Kong private wealth market. This role manages existing and new relationships and fundraising opportunities in the region, requiring close collaboration with the global Partners Group team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Developing and managing relationships with existing and new Private Wealth partners such as global/regional/local banks and asset managers across relevant stakeholders Sourcing and leading strategic distribution projects and product initiatives, coordinating day‑to‑day interactions across open‑ended and closed‑ended funds Mapping out investor landscape, planning and undertaking regular cold‑call campaigns Understanding and presenting the full range of Partners Group's solutions to partner organisations, including operational and regulatory features of a product/project Working closely with Partners Group's private wealth teams (portfolio solutions, structuring) and building strong rapport with headquarters Contributing to global strategic efforts such as digital client engagement Becoming an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes Understanding key competitors' offerings and positioning Partners Group's solutions Being involved in client onboarding, including CDD and KYC Helping develop junior professionals on the team and in the Client Solutions department What We Expect The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the private wealth industry and 5–8 years of experience working with GPs and/or distribution partners, preferably in Hong Kong. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong networking and organisational skills. The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Profile Bachelor's degree (MBA, Master's and/or CFA preferred) with strong background in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline 5–8 years of relevant work experience (preferably in private markets industry) in business development, consulting, sales & marketing, relationship‑management Previous experience within fund selection and institutional sales departments in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Markets is a plus Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and identifying/converting new clients with a track record of fundraising success Familiarity with alternatives focusing on semi‑liquid products, mutual funds and closed‑ended products Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong relationship‑management skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a polished, professional manner Attention to detail, highly organised and commitment to excellence, with a client‑focused mindset Responsive and able to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment Fluency in Mandarin is a must; Cantonese is preferred What We Offer Professional, international, high‑performing work environment Challenging, rewarding career within a growing company Collaborative environment with on‑the‑job training and mentorship opportunities Competitive benefits and wellness package, including medical, dental and vision coverage 25 vacation days annually One‑month sabbatical after every five years of service Company‑paid life and disability insurance Education assistance programme Lunch stipend If you suspect fraud or have doubts, contact us immediately at #J-18808-Ljbffr
