(Assistant) Sales & Marketing Manager – 4S Smart Site Safety Solutions China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company" or "China State Hong Kong") started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. Responsibilities Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Smart Site Safety Systems (4S) focusing primarily on the Hong Kong construction and engineering market. Conduct in-depth market research and identify key customers including construction companies, site safety managers, developers, and government regulators. Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers, site safety officers, and technical experts responsible for occupational health and safety. Generate leads and manage sales pipeline with effective communication and timely follow-up to close deals. Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits and compliance advantages of 4S smart site safety systems (including real-time monitoring, access control, hazard alerts). Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, product development, and marketing—to ensure customer requirements are fully met and support provided. Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to meet quotas and KPIs. Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes, safety standards, and technological developments in Hong Kong’s construction safety sector. Travel locally within Hong Kong for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Occupational Safety, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ proven sales and business development experience in smart site safety, construction technology, or related fields within Hong Kong. Strong understanding of 4S Smart Site Safety Systems, IoT safety monitoring, and Hong Kong construction safety regulations and challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels including site management and regulatory bodies. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and target orientation. Self‑motivated, resilient, and collaborative professional. Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is highly preferred.
