Rooms Controller Shangri‑La Group is headquartered in Hong Kong SAR and manages a portfolio of more than 100 luxury hotels under five brands: Shangri‑La Hotels & Resorts, Shangri‑La Signatures, Kerry Hotels, JEN by Shangri‑La, and Traders. About the Role As a Rooms Controller, you will manage key aspects of guest room operations, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri‑La’s service standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments, check‑ins, check‑outs, and group bookings. Manage reservations and room status, handling cancellations, double bookings, over‑bookings, and out‑of‑order rooms. Ensure billing accuracy and secure payments while maintaining proper documentation and verifying guest information. Monitor daily operations, run reports, and follow up on guest requests to ensure service excellence. Support the team as needed, performing additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to maintain smooth front‑office operations. About You Minimum 3 years of front‑office experience, preferably in international hotels of similar scale. Motivated, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
